4. CHECK YOUR BODY

This is important. Your body is needed when it comes to the fulfillment of our natural gifts and talents.

God can't bless you with football and allow your legs to be disfigured except when we allow fears to penetrate our heart towards our visions. Even if you are a footballer with a disfigured legs, when you examine closely, you can see that you can be a coach in the field of football. Just don't give up on God.

Check your body very well. If you are disfigured from childhood, look around you will see what God has left for you as blessings for survival.

That which is there can serve your purpose.

It is our foolishness that make us think that; our disfigured hands, legs, mouth and or eyes have affected our brains to perform heroically for the world.

Look at what the great Carl Jung said:

"Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside awakens".

Being proud is a sure sign you have discovered your talent and gifts before the whole world. 

And knowing you this one good idea, can change the whole world in a twinkling of an eye and it could be your own ideas that will start the process.

"Artistic talent is a gift from God and whoever discovers it in himself has a certain obligation: to know that he cannot waste this talent, but must develop it".  - Said; Pope John Paul I I  

These are the six secrets that can help anyone to boast his or her talents within days if followed accordingly. Even though I have said it, remember your own ideas of things matters alot than any other ideas.

Here they are the six secrets in details:

1. HAVE A MENTOR 

To boast your talent, you need to have a mentor. 

Who is a mentor? 

A mentor is one who has more knowledge than you and has been in the field before you. 

Though you can boast your talent without a mentor but it going to be by trials and errors which may take several attempts and persistence in yourself.

2. HAVE A ROLE MODEL

Another way of boasting your talent is by having a role model. 

Who is a role model to you?

A role model is already made person that you want to be like him or her in that of your chosen career. 

You imitate all about him and watch and follow all his actions and movies including reading his books in almost all the social platforms he involved himself or herself to.

3. BE WILLING TO DO WHAT YOU CAN DO

Yes. You need to be proud in doing whatever it is you are called up for. 

If you are not willing of being a gospel singer, how can you be the next Corlinus Benjamin from Ndundu Uturu?

If you are not proud of being a teacher and a writer, how can you be the next Bob Proctor in the line motivation in America?

If you are not proud of your creativity, how can you be the next Wright Brothers talk more of becoming the great Edison who failed 999 times before light bulb surfaces on the face of the universe? 

You must be willing to go the extra mile in order to boast the natural talents and gifts in you before the world.

4. BE READY FOR TRAINING

To develop in your best area, you need to be ready and prepare for non stopping training attitude.

That means, you need to be consistent in all you do concerning that of your talents and gifts.

To become a known footballer like Kalu Nwankwo, you need to keep training like him without doubt and fear. 

You cannot become known like Roman Reigns in wrestling without constant body training on weight lifting and other body exercises.

Infact, you can't succeed until you start doing something consistently and differently without minding what people would say about you.

5. DON'T THINK OF MONEY FIRST

In the cause of fulfilling your inner core destiny, seek for happiness and self satisfaction rather than money and fame.

You need to test run your gifts. You need to be confirmed by people. You need to be tested and approved before money can come in. 

Yes. The Bible says; the gifts of a man make a way for him. At the same time it says; because you have received freely, therefore give freely.

When you are ripe, fall. When you are ripe, people would demand you and pay for your services and time which cannot be denied by any idiot.

6. BE SMART

The last action to take is smartness. You need to be smart by learning how to protect your gifts and talents very well against humanity manipulation and mislabeling by evil people.

Be careful about prophetic misinterpretations about who you are not.

If you are not smart and intelligent, you can be called or given a wrong identity.

Look within you, you will see your true identity of who you are called up to represent. You are god! the bible says. But you will die like a mere man.

But know it too well, you are a super human if you discover yourself and live your world the way you are created to be without fear.

FOUR THINGS LEADERS SHOULD FEAR TO DO 

According to John C. Maxwell in his book tilted 'The 360 degree Leader said:

"The 360 degree leaders take the time and effort to earn influence with their followers just as they do with those over whom they have no authority".

The four things young leaders of today don't need to do in order to be leaders of influence and characters are listed below:

1. PRIDE

With no doubt, most young leaders in different leadership positions today do one thing in common - showing pride within themselves which shows up in many ways; like displaying body languages and words that hurts others especially their trusted followers unnecessarily. 

So, to be a young leader rightly or wrongly chosen by the public know that you are loved by many other people unknown to you. Try then to show love and mercy to many others too who are unknown to you but are fully in support of your leadership journey.

2. DISRESPECTFUL

Young leaders in our various communities and countries today are fresh and wise. Because you are young does not give you the advantage to disrespect your elders whom you may think are not standard to your views. Disrespectful pays no one any good. You are encharge  does not warranty you for such unethical behavior before your followers.

Nevertheless, learn how to bend and be flexible to other people's opinions and be free to do good works which are naturally inbuilt by God in us as leaders.

3. LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Most young leaders failed to accomplish their dreams and visions in their leadership career due to their lack of communicating skills with others who should be helpful and insightful near them but, due to lack of communication skills that has been what led to their down fall unexpectedly.

If you believe you are a good leader, you must strive to learn and build on human characters and temperament. If you lack communication, you lack network. 

Leaders don't need to lack in any area of human endeavors, that's why they need to be growing all the time. Leaders should be willing to learn without season and time.

4. DISPLAYING WARLIKE CHARACTERS

Because you have power does not mean you are a warrior. You are young and have public power is good enough to turn many lives into gold if power is used wisely on your side.

Why don't you explore your mind and surprise humanity with your temporary acquired skills in leadership field? 

Displaying strength in creativity is the most WARLIKE field young leaders need to fix themselves in.

Young leaders should be peaceful to their followers whether known or unknown so that he can be able to raise and save bundles of thousands of lives through the leafer. Truly, young leaders who are born to save lives are scarce to get.

 Why don't you be one?

Always remember; be the change you want to see in the world.
