A mentor is one who has more knowledge than you and has been in the field before you.
Though you can boast your talent without a mentor but it going to be by trials and errors which may take several attempts and persistence in yourself.
Another way of boasting your talent is by having a role model.
Who is a role model to you?
A role model is already made person that you want to be like him or her in that of your chosen career.
You imitate all about him and watch and follow all his actions and movies including reading his books in almost all the social platforms he involved himself or herself to.

4. BE READY FOR TRAINING
To develop in your best area, you need to be ready and prepare for non stopping training attitude.
That means, you need to be consistent in all you do concerning that of your talents and gifts.
To become a known footballer like Kalu Nwankwo, you need to keep training like him without doubt and fear.
You cannot become known like Roman Reigns in wrestling without constant body training on weight lifting and other body exercises.
Infact, you can't succeed until you start doing something consistently and differently without minding what people would say about you.
