SAVING YOURSELF FROM DOUBTS AND FRUSTRATIONS In every being there lies a frustration and doubting spirit . You may ask, can I fight the spirit in me? Yes. You can. And it would be in safe self contemplation or reflection within the mind. Can you do that?
