The word social media explains itself. If anything is social, it means versatile and around the world. It involves expansion. The media is a way of communicating to the world. Therefore, social media is an online gathering of people both positive and negative personalities. Because it is worldwide, it involves relevant and irrelevant communications from dual mentality of good and bad people.  It is a way of combining the literate with the illiterate using application platforms such as; Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other unmentioned applications.

This social media technology invention has truly created a new set of world in existence. It is an influencial power that only the strong in heart, mind, and the insightful in nature can withstand. In this era, if the wise is not carefully constructed from within, foolishness will swallow him from side ways unnoticed.

Now let's see the good impact of social media influences around the world.

Social media truly has served a crucial part in reaching out news to people who are far away. It has served a very big purpose in information discimination around the globe. Without social media invention, the world by now would have been a very difficult place to stay. It has contributed alot even in politics, education sector, commerce and religious institution in awareness creation from far continent. If not social media, news wouldn't have been easy to spread out. But, due to the involvement of social media applications and platforms in different dimensions information communication has been a first hand awareness in view.

The introduction of social media as a way of  communication into the world has brought new history to its exposure. It has served students from all level including other scholars for easy retrieval of facts beyond human expectation.

It has brought hidden facts out of their sealed packs. Researchers easily connect to underneath the world in bringing updated news to the world. There are influences around the world today due to the availability of technical machines that can study the past and the present of human characters. 

3. BUSINESS EXPOSURE/ADVERTISEMENT

For business experts around the world, social media has make it fast and reliable both in delivery of goods and other services within expected desired date. Without social media involvement in business and politics today, so many businesses would have been death by now and by so doing, it would affect individuals, companies and countries leading to hunger and frustration among continents. War too, would have been rampant because of land conflicts.

In a nutshell, social media has helped the world in fast development of human minds. Many people around the globe have noticed that they can use their craft, gifts or talents from God to create tools, machines or even robots that can perform human works perfectly and even to make money without travelling far. This shows that, we human can co-create with God the originator of all things and be like Him but not him. Social media has brought a new system of operations in the mind of the people today and tomorrow.

1. BRAIN DISABILITY

This is one of the destructive effect of social media influences to our youths, brain damage, misconception of many things. It doesn't not give room to experience the future without doubt due to the availability of wrong information here and there. Mostly, human abilities are now sometimes equate to that of machines causing devalue of mind power.

2. DISTRACTION FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES

This includes sad stories, fake news we heard and read from platforms displays from different friends who may be staying in different part of the world. The feeling one felt, the bloody pictures, posts and write ups that distract attentions. All the bad news that social media channeled to our head can drastically change ones focus, mislead and  misdirect in a particular business or personal development. Sightless beings hardly recover from this misconception of robotic world creation.

3. SUDDEN CHANGE OF DESTINY

Because of friends influences on most platforms and associates, destiny can be changed from better to worst. A true talents can be humiliated by a friend who may be a worker of the devil. It is on social platforms that good people learn how to be bad. Good personality can be mentored to be bad in order to have a flash car or live on frivolous life style.

Social media specializes in wasting people's time, energy and money without mercy of giving it back to them. Money and time can be wasted. People are addicted as if they were charmed by unnoticeable force they can not control. These are inflences of social media to the world that only few can benefit from it.
