To set a goal you need to know what your goals are within you.

A goal is simply described as 'your desire to have, do or achieve a particular thing in your life.

It could be reached and also could be denied by nature or by God moreso, your inability to meet up some necessary challenging situations in your life time.

So, know you too well that once a goal is set the next mile is unknown.

Here are they:

1. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE:

Yes! The first thing to know is to know whatever you would want to know. After that success follow through endurance and perseverance.

2. WRITE IT DOWN:

This too is possibly powerful. Always write your the actions you would like to take in life down because things that fall under frivolities are numerous.  

Write whatever you wish to Accomplish in your life down in a book only for the goal.

I named it, 'Your Goals Book'. This book is important in your entire life existence. If lost or stolen, create another goal book.

3. REVIEW YOUR WRITTEN DOWN STEPS:

It is good you have taken the first bold actions by knowing your gaols and the ability to pen it down. 

Nothing is left only but you need to review your written down steps from time to time with out delay not allowing friends and families to distract you from reaching that powerful goal you have set.

4. MAP OUT DATE AND TIME:

Date and time is what shows your progress. You should always check dates and the time you have planned any goal to jump up out for the world to see. 

Be time conscious in any  gaol you set. Without time frame, you could spend your life time pushing wrong heart desires. Your goals  are your true heart desires. 

Without heart desires accomplishment, happiness maybe difficult to attain.

5. VISUALIZE PEOPLE AND EVENTS:

This is a secret. This is the real thing 'visualizing everything you want to come your way' many great people in the world would not be able to reveal to you this secret. It's simple and common. 

But if put to test or work, marvelous will be your name. You need to visualize your set gaols inspite of every other hidden challenges you are passing through in life. Visualisation is a good thing to practice and be pro cum professional participant.

6. ACTIONS ORIENTED:

YES! You must be action oriented person. You must be ready at all time to sacrifice your body and spirit for the universe to see how dedicated you are in service of your call. 

To take action is to be bold enough to love the process you have chosen to attain happiness and be fulfilled inwardly without regrets of any kind.

Therefore, to set a goal in life is necessary for personal growth. 

What is crucial is to set a meaningful gaol so that if achieved would be a worthy decision one has made while in the entire big room of the universe. 

Your purpose is to help provide inspired solutions for the masses.

As we are going to read what a newly signed artiste his stage name  is “Kotex” by Ugo Best Global Entertainment said about his experiences so far in thihe entertainment struggling field.

First, Eweke Christian like I said is newly signed artiste in the town of Uturu Isuikwuato Abia State. He’s the happiest young artiste in town. 

He was signed in Ikorodu Lagos State on August 10^th, 2018.  He has tirelessly worked from his childhood without giving up in taking music as his life calling career. 

He believes that one day as God may have it, his success and legendary life journey will start.

Though, Kotex has tried working as a team with other singers and rendering his support to other musicians who want to grow like him. 

As a matter of fact, he stayed first in one Local Entertainment named   Mvoice Entertainment. 

He was the Director of Music as of that time. He taught others how to sing freely without obstruction of tune cracking.

Kotex believes that destiny can be delayed but cannot be denied. He reveals in this conference that his mother – Uzoamaka the wife of Elisha Eweke who in her earlier age was a football star. 

His mother according to him went through life in her adolescence with the hope of becoming Nigeria African league player but she turns out to be as God plans it spiritually attacked which led to her downfall as a football star in the world.

Christian explained that her mother was blessed and strong as well, that he believes some of her blessings from God are what gave birth to him as a born artist star. 

Since this discovery’s of truth between him and the mother, he doesn’t play with his mother because of the natural connection from her mother’s womb and gene.

In this gathering of musician’s conference 2018, Christian’s speech about music inspires many of us that were present. 

He finally said that; for you to make it in the music world you have three things to work on:

1.   Be  focused

2.   Develop endurance as a skill

3.   Have faith in God.

Focus, endurance and keeping my hands out of anything called ‘Juju’ are the keys of any artiste to be a happy musician who want to make a huge impact in the world of music. 

Unlike others who believes in ‘Jaz or juju’ and failed on the way, kotex in this musicians conference reveals that his breakthrough  mostly is as a result of his endurance and cooperations with others and God.

Mr. Sunday Chilagbara

 Here is another great multitalented and not noticed gospel anartiste who shared his experience as a keyboardist player since childhood stage named  Mr. Nyomis Mlk. 

He’s serving as God’s servant in the Power of God church.

This great artiste though has not met with his expectations in the music industry shared his ideas so far in the music world.

He said that music is as a result of combination of sounds and vibrations that when skillfully combine together produce a meaningful song.

Music has a spirit that controls it. Musicians are carriers of life. Sunday said, if you must excel in music world, you should focus on your targeted audience and the messages your songs carry that you would want to communicate with the world through your songs. 

He centers his idea on how an artiste can make a good songs.

YOU ARE GREAT!  YOU DON'T NEED TO COMPLAIN!

Hello my people of this world, for long now many individuals are complaining about the hardship of the country currently.

I want to give my best advice now only for the people in this world if you can read down the post that would be great.

I don't want you to complain even if you are dying. Because, what you focus your attention on for a long time get bigger.

If what you are doing currently is not going well or you are hits by the way things are rapidly changing, you can put a stop to it and look for another thing to do without waste of time. Or be patient and stop complaining.

There's no need hanging in there. The great Edison was the greatest quitter - he quit many times before his success.

If you have failed in many things please don't give up, keep trying new things,
keep believing, keep pushing, keep learning new ideas, keep saving money for the unexpected business that would soon jump out from the conner for you to trend on,
keep loving others in truth, keep educating the young ones, keep your good work, keep focusing in your talents, keep dreaming high, keep obeying the rules of God, because failures are nothing but pillars of success!

Uturians has great talents but we are lacking promoters. I believe this content would serve a very big purpose in the future.

If somebody somewhere can believe you, what of you not believing in yourself?

Believe yourself first is the best courage you one needs to meditate within oneself especially in this hard times.

If you believe yourself 

You would see the good things in the world even if many are not seeing it.

The world is good.

The world is organized.

The world has many good people in it.

The world is a world of wisdom.

The world is a principled world.

The world has talented  people everywhere.

The world provides for it dwellers.

The world saves.

The world knows itself.

You can eat fruits and be satisfied

but you cannot eat money and be satisfied.

Fruits is more valuable than money. 

You can use money and buy fruits

But money cannot produce fruits.

It is even good to have excess fruits at home than excess money that cannot be used on humanity welfare.

Only war without end would  make you believe the importance of fruits

His Crafty Thinking I Record

HIS CRAFTY THINKING I RECORD

My behavior marvels my parents - said my little boy named 'Success Obienyi'. They  thought I would not be serious and mean until I showed them this WAHALA. - This was my idea on how I understood my boy mentally. And I try my best to make him up.

My wife would be surprise if she read this peice of story I have told and written about her son she named CHimerenkea from when he was inside womb.

I just decided to write my experience about my son I named: Success from womb.

So, read this designated life observation. You would learn in such stories.

My name is Success Chinedu Obienyi from Agbama Amaidi Achara Uturu, Isuikwuato Abia State, Nigeria. 

My parents loved me and I loved them too.

Always they try to do their best for me as I try my own best to be obident to do their will and also follow my own heart desires as a three year old boy.

Since I realized myself as a little child, I have watched my parents on their discussions about my education or more so my training in school. 

This short video was part of  his attitude we cannot over look. Just watch it now!

I have indicated my interest about schooling any time I saw my fellow little children going to school. Any time, I would cry to my nearest friend - my mother that I want to go to school. Normally, I pronounce it as, shukulu (school) and she laughed at me on the prounciation.

 

About two weeks ago, my mother promised to persuade my father for registration into nursery one but to start from third term. I know know my father would agree inspite it's urgency. 

I pray always in my heart for my father to make a lot of money before I grow up and I know God will answer me as a little kid named Success.  

As days passed, I over heard my parents talked about my schooling. Though they was planning big for me but I would accept their short coming now because I knew things were hard this period. 

So, I would accept any school they decided to register me as a pupil.

Days passed as school resumption approaches they HUSTLE WITHOUT REST FOR ME TO JOIN OTHERS IN SCHOOL.

And I am willing to make them proud. Despite their struggle, I continued to practice within me what my mother has long taught me when we are free. She wants me to learn the English Alphabet that's; A, B, C, D, E, F, and the numeric counting of 1, 2, 3, ...

Infact, to cut the whole story short, they have sowed my school uniform first as PE, though my registration money was six thousand five hundred naira only excluding books, bags, feeding bottle, hand basket, pencils, seat, a pair of white shoes, and was planning to buy umbrella for my unmet raining days ahead.

It was not long enough when I know the name of the school they want me in; St. Michael Nursery  and Primary School Achara Uturu Isuikwuato, Abia State.

On 2nd of May, 2023, that faithful day, my mother was preparing me for the first time in school around 6. am as I was filled with joy and happiness inside me. 

My dady was busy taking pictures and short videos that am not aware of then. It was after some days they showed it to me.

They accompanied me to the venue of St.Michael school premises for the unbelievable registration due to my hunger time go to school and their zeal to train is there. Some would say, the vibe is alive!

My parents and I celebrated our victory with the teachers as we laughed and laughed and register. 

I was eager for class room discussions in my heart. I thought school is easy.

Every body was watching my behavior as a kid. 

I did not cry after my father left us. Soon my mother left with a good bye words and hand. I replied her in boldness and she left the school compound.

I enjoyed my stay the first day with other children as some are older than me while I was older to others in that nursery one. Though I was flugged by the faty antie who said am making nurse too much in the class.

When I told my mother at home my school experience that first day she encouraged me to learn what my teacher was teaching us. 

Other days passed as normal I was eager to go and I did go to school.

But on 9th of May, 2023, I did not want to go to school with no reason. My father left for work early in the morning and my mother hurried to dress me up but I was dulling and boning face. 

My dear mother do not look my face as she was busy preparing my food and other necessery things I need to go with. 

My face frowned and legs slow to move towards the direction necessary for it. I knew it, my mother would wondered.

Lo and behold,  that day our teach did not come to school with a reason I no not about. Class were boring. No entertaining teacher to teach for a long time we were playing in class. 

A time came around 11:30am, some of us are going home without permission or dismissal and no one was watching neither asked to return. Therefore, I set home myself. Even the primary pupils I was handed over to bring me back were not aware that am leaving school premises on my own.

I do not know the feeling of my mother when she went to the school to check on me but I were nowhere to be found. She later told my dady that 'she run mad in her memory when they came to her house to asked her if Success is back from school as they did not know his where about.

When my father heard this, he trembled. He was afraid the action and decision I have taken. He thought of changing me from that school to Marist but the cost of maintaining it is high.

He put me in the hands of God and asked his wife to be patient enough till next term. When we see his performance, we shall know what to do my father adiviced my mother.

Could it be that this little boy knew beyond his age?

Who is a good mother?

What are the qualities of a good mother?

According to Mrs. Okezie Calista who has been a teacher for more than  fifteen years now on a seminar presentation with  Uturu Heroes and Heroines platform described motherhood as the heart of the family.

As the heart gives blood to the parts of the body so the mother gives light to the family. A caring mother is as the same thing as a good mother. A mother manages her home in such a way that people will not notice what going on in the family whether smooth or tough.

A good mother prays for the whole family as St. Monica did for her son St. Augustine.

The 8 qualities of a good mother  says it all. Below are the powerful good qualities of mothers;

1. A good mother is loving and caring at all cost. Mothers should love and care for everyone in the family without discriminating who run the highest errands in the house.

2. A good mother is encouraging. Mothers should be encouraging and motivating to their sons and daughters in living a good life through displaying good characters towards their fellow human being.

3. A good mother is peaceful all the time. Mothers should be insightful when it comes to promoting peaceful co-existence in the environment and household not supporting wars among family members.

4. A good mother is neither a gossiper nor a talkative. Mothers should not be seen nor involves themselves gossiping about their families misconduct outside home, rather they should live for corrections and directions instead of talking rubbish.

5. A good mother is not jealous. Mothers are met to be appreciative and welcoming to everybody. Advancing and appreciating other people's wellbeing in a given soceity.

6. A good mother is helpful in the family. Mothers should help their husbands, children and others around the environment.

7. A good mother is trustworthy. Mothers should build a trust and worthy characters before their children, so that they could be a living examples in the family.

8. A good mother should be neat in all round living non behind because a dirty wife makes the man looks outside for other women.

In other way round, fathers too are not left out from the above mentioned qualities. A good father should not let the family lack anything materially and otherwise. The otherwise is the love of the man which suppose to be invested wholely in the family.

There are many factors that can possibly hinder a leaders' visions. 

These factors could be inform of distractions to the mind from unexpected areas. Like; watching videos  that are not relevant to your insightful mind, associating with the wrong peers or group of people, reading unmotivated books and not been able to follow personal decisions to the end and so on. Upon that, there are other factors that can quench a visionary leader from manifesting. 

Vision is a pursued insight from within.  Moreover, anything that can make one not to reach out expectations is a hindrance.

There are many factors that can possibly hinder a leaders' visions. These factors could be inform of distractions to the mind from unexpected areas. 1. Unseriousness: 

People who fail to accomplish their goals in life are due to lack of believe in their chosen career. 

2. Associating with the Unlike Minds: 

This is the giant killer of leaders’ visions in life. The association should be with the people who share the same view in life. 

3. Self Doubt and Fear: 

Doubt and fear are the causes of all failures in life. Self doubt can be overcome with self-discipline. Both can be conquered by having a strong sense of your destiny in life.  

4. Lack of Trials: 

Without any doubt, lack of trial destroys one’s purpose and visions in life. It could be defeated by reading self motivating books periodically. 

5. Family Background: 

The weapon to fight this problem is by associating with like minds. Because it is your brothers and sisters that would first discourage you.

6. Educational System: 

The kind of education one receives while growing up. This can be challenged through expansion of one’s knowledge. 

7. Attire or Presentation: 

This is silent destroyer. The unaware of this factor has caused many failures. It can be gained through building a high strong self image. 

8. Social Media: 

Here is a place you see people destroying others goals consciously or unconsciously. The remedy is to be present in mind and in the moment and remember to ask the question, “How is this discussion helping me in building and achieving my purpose in life?

9. Looking For Help: 

Many people will fail to go on in life because there is no help in their chosen career. The only help you need to succeed is to learn what is necessary for you to learn. 

10. Environmental Influence: 

Environment is another battle field that destroys a person’s vision. It can be overlooked by focusing only on the task at hand. Note, whether you are in the rural or urban area, what you do at present, should distort your dreams.

1.    “I KNOW THERE ARE MANY SOCIETAL SETBACKS BUT BEFORE WE FINISH GOD MUST BLESS SOMEBODY.”

Before he starts speaking, he played the song titled - God Can Bless Anybody” Mr. 2Kay ft. Idahams  and asked everybody to come and dance with him. If such a great man can ask you to come and dance with him, would you waste time? The answer is no. So as many that wished went out and dances with him.

2.    THERE’S NO SOCIETAL SETBACKS THAT ONE CANNOT OVERCOME THROUGH; RIGHT ATTITUDES, RIGHT THINKING AND GOD GRACE.”

The great man knows that society has many setbacks but he is aware also that none is too big not to be overcome. He said, if only you can face societal setbacks with right attitudes - attitudes are characters or behaviors. What are your behaviors towards your challenges in the society you are in if you think you have one? He’s saying, with right approach you can overcome it. He also made mention of right thinking. What are you thinking about your societal setbacks if you think you have one? It would be your own thoughts that set you back; it could also be your inability to set things right as they should be or it could be your lexical attitude of working with others. 

Today, you have known that right thinking can be the solution. So, think right. He finally said if you believe in your God He will surely show you grace. The grace of God is like when God touches you one of his hand. If God should touch you one hand, do you think you can finish eating that one hand grace from Him? Pray to God to show you His grace that what the speaker wants you to do and as you pray, no level of societal setbacks can near your door of success nor block your road of progress.

 

3.    “I HAVE SEEN GOOD TALENTS HERE BUT I DON’T KNOW WHETHER YOU HAVE GOOD CHARACTERS, RIGHT ATTITUDES AND TELLING WHAT YOU ARE NOT?”

Looking at the question, yes he has seen good talents. But he doesn’t know whether they have what it takes to be up there. He doesn’t know whether they have the right attitudes concerning their talents. Many people today have great talents but fail to have the right characters to reach out to people.

They fail to communicate well. They fail to know how to make their talents their vision because if they do, they would hire somebody to write down their vision plan or do it themselves. They fail to know what is associated with the talents they think is their gift from God.

Many good talented artistes fail to have managers, they fail to have organized written down of their songs with its lyrics, rhymes, choruses and verses. They fail to promote themselves socially especially on social medias, they fail to know how to build fans base and hook up with some fans who may be their really main sources of income.

Though it could be because they are not sure of whom they are. This is what the speaker has said earlier- telling what you are not. How can one succeed in wearing wrong personality with the wrong knowledge and wrong perception of reality? The best thing is to know who you are within truly.

4.    “YOU MUST HAVE COURAGE TO TELL THE TRUTH.”

Here he’s saying, for you to say you have talent, you should think very well on that thing you called your talent. What conviction do you have? What shows you that it is your talent? What proof do you have? What is your level of education about your talent? Are you ready to follow it up to the dark side of it? Or are you just deceiving yourself working and wasting your time coping and imitating great men footsteps?

God cannot do for you what you can do for yourself. When it comes to talent, you must tell yourself the truth. Every talent changes its face of earning money from time to time in this our fast developing technological world system. Are you aware the new way of making money with the gift? Are you prepared for future occurrences of unseen events?

 

5.    “YOU MUST BE A FIGHTER - DON’T GIVE UP.”

Every great man is a fighter. I have come to understand that who could you mention today as a great man without seeing beside him, his fighting sword? “Winners are fighters and they never give up”- Obienyi C. Batholomew men who do not allow what are in them to die must work to give it life so that what is in them will not die. This great speaker knew within him what he has been passing through.

To be a hero you better learn how to reshape, rebuild and restructure your body and spirit so that you can fight with muscles. Wrestlers know the important of body weight and it’s a long time endurance to make an impact to the body.

 

6.    “IT IS YOUR ABILITY NOT YOUR QUALIFICATION.”

He told us a story about one of the African foremost Banker; his name is Toney Elumelu Chairman of UBA & Hair Holdings. 

As a young man, all State Trust Bank advertised for an entry level with a minimum of 2:1, Toney Elumelu knew he was not qualified because he did not make second class upper, Mr. Elumelu resilience moved to write a letter to the MD/CEO of All State Trust Bank describe his ability beyond his certificate, he was invited and today he is the chairman of one of the biggest bank in Africa after managing Standard Trust Bank and UBA. 

Truly, it is your ability not your certificate. Your ability is your talent. Your qualification is not your talent. Your ability is who you are. Your ability is what you can do with everything you have.  Think right, if you want to develop your talent. 

7.    “IF YOU CANNOT READ, YOU WATCH. YOU MUST WATCH OTHERS AND COLLOBRATE.”

There are many ways to succeed that the meaning. If you cannot read as an excuse then watch others and as you are watching what others who are in the same field with you are doing hence comes your deliverer - you join them - that collaboration. Success is always certain.

 

8.    “APART FROM YOUR GOOD CHARACTERS - YOU MUST NOT BE AFRAID TO MAKE MISTAKES.”

The speaker encourages us not to be afraid of our mistakes. He said, you must make mistakes but don't give up. It is true that you may have good characters, know how to work with others, but be sure of mistakes one day. Upon the mistakes no matter how big, don’t give up. Remember, winners are fighters and failures are nothing but pillars of success.

9.    “LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, DO YOU HAVE A WRITTEN VISION FOR YOURSELF - DON’T SAY YOU ARE IN A VILLAGE?”

In his final points, he asked us a question which no one was able to answer. This is very crucial. Greater men write their visions down and go on to pursue the accomplishment. Small men believe if God remember me, what is written down vision plans for? How can God remember you when you are not orderly organized within yourself? Yes He does undo, He is not man but be sure He loves nice abilities and good visions. WRITE YOUR VISION PLAN AND HOW TO ACCOMPLISH IT.
