As an artiste, your responsibility is not to do everything. It is to: create the music, be disciplined, be intelligent to recognizing other people’s talents and be crafty enough to know how his environment is changing, so his pride does not push him backward. Being obedient is the right guidance.
You cannot be the singer, the producer, the promoter, the accountant, the video director, and the therapist all at once.
You will burn your energies out.

To sum it up, managers have been blessed with a special characteristic that is, the ability to make a ready-made singer blow to the air and to the internet, as if to say the world is too small. Artistes who want to make it in the music industry must be ready to obey a manager’s commandments and not blindly, but wisely.
While managers and promoters who want to help any artiste do so because they are insightful and visionary by nature or by education. In many ways, they are God-sent people to musicians. They see what you cannot see when you are emotional. They say “No” to opportunities that will destroy you and say “Yes” to the boring work that will build you.
