THE INFLUENCE OF TALENTS

The more talents are used the more it's multiplied.

Your talents will make you a wonderer.

It will cause you to imagine and create.

It is your talents that would make you happy and satisfied within yourself.

The question remains, what is talent all about? The word talent is a gift and it is  given by God or to some extent, some believed that it can be acquired through learning, practicing or a drastical personal decision to be who you wanted to become.

The power to determine one's goal in life is always written in one's inner heart of seeing or your mind eyes others called it third eye.

To live and enjoy your full potentials you truly need to discover what talent is all about. To follow your talent is to live fully on earth and serve humanity and yourself with what is within you. Live your life as you follow your intuition. 

DISCOVERY ONES’ TALENT

Talent is a natural ability to do something well and everyone has it.

Discovering and believing in your talent is your job.

Lary Bird said; “A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals”.

A GOAL IS SOMETHING YOU HOPE TO ACHIEVE IN LIFE.

YOU MAY HAVE SHORT OR LONG TIME GOALS. IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH.

No talent is useless no matter who has it.

Putting your talent into work is the starting point of growth.

It is the recognition of this talent that gives life meaning.

Positive and Negative Actions are the only two powerful forces that can either hinder your progress in life or take you to another step of prosperity.

These Influences are the only two words that can change your views in life. They may be inform of  your friends, peer group, your church, your family or even your environment or the things you watch or do in social media

It is your duty to choose. You are giving this ‘powerful chance of choice’ to make.

Erica Jong said; “Everyone has talent. What rare is the courage to follow it to the dark places where it leads”. You must believe in action and yourself.

The best way to grow in life is to be goal oriented individual.

So many people trust in luck without knowing that luck is a matter of preparation meeting opportunity.

To shine, one needs positive people around him.

Self discovery has to do with you knowing that you are a multidimensional being. You exist in more than one planet of the universe. 

You have mind, soul, spirit, and body. It has to do with you becoming aware that you are that which most call God. It is you knowing that you are a part of God and everything in the universe.

It is this awareness and or knowledge most don’t recognize to accept or agree that the Infinite potentials of who they are truly is in them. 

Loving yourself unconditionally means loving yourself with all your heart. Every human being on earth has all the characteristics of everything on earth; be it animal, child, woman, man, insects, water or other elements. You are everything if you only knew it. Why worry? Do and follow your bliss.

Follow the small still voice inside you. “Be still, and know that I am God”.  You have greatness within you. You are good. You can do undoable.

Potentials means the power to change everything about you using what you have within. Human beings have the gifts of multiple talents to exhibit.

Your talents are your natural gifts, things that come easily to you and bring you joy. Take a moment to reflect on what you excel at and what others appreciate about you.

Attitude is everything! Embrace positivity and watch your potential soar. Surround yourself with positivity in words, images, sounds, surroundings, and people. You have the power to shape your mindset.

Due to lack of unserious parental care youth are unable to lease their potentials. There is no child worth doing without parental care during the time of his growth. 

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it” Proverbs 22:6

2.YOUTH AND SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCES:

Social medias (such as facebook, instagram, youtube and others) have been the most destructive and constructive aspect of civilization in this our present time. 

But many adult youth misuse them. Youths need exposure on how to make use of these social media mediums so that it would be one of the instrument of our development.

Erik Qualman said; “We don’t have a choice on whether we do social media, the question is how well we do it”.

3.YOUTHS, SEX AND RELATIONSHIP IMPAIRMENT:

Due to lack of understanding of what sex and relationship are, many youth have indulged themselves in the act of sex and watching unreasonable photos on the internet influenced through wrong relationship.

Napoleon Hill said, “If you don’t control what you think, you can’t control what you do”.

4.YOUTH AND THEIR VISIONS ACCOMPLISHMENT:

Every son and daughter born of a woman has something great and something special in him. 

If unveiled and nurtured with the love of the parents can bring a great change and development in the society and the nations at large. 

Warren G. Bennis said, “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality”.

THE FIVE SUGGESTED REMEDIES ARE EXPLAINED IN DETAILS BELOW:

1.HOSTING OF MONTHLY/QUARTERLY YOUTH SEMINARS:

One of the solutions to our youth’s problem is sensitization of youths in different areas of life. 

Organizing seminars has been a way many insightful leaders use to control their societies because what goes around mostly in front of any youth is what his mind will comprehend and henceforth leads toward the shaping of their mental pictures. 

The pictures they normally hold, is what they grow up with. So, there is a great need that our youths are exposed to different kinds of educative programs not only the ones they gain at the university level. 

2.   WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A PARENT:

It involves many challenges to be a parent. First, the raising of children from childhood demands patience.

Secondly, the controlling of what is going on in children’s lives until the age of maturity. Third, the parental advice that must surely be an example of parent’s life. 

3.   HOW TO CONTROL SOCIAL MEDIA ACTIVITIES:

It is the responsibility of parents to find a means of educating their children on social activities especially in the their tender age through words of encouragement, creating of an award program that benefits the youths and supporting everything that brings up enlightenment.

4.WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT SEX AND RELATIONSHIP:

Sex is one of the reasons why so many youths go into relationship, without knowing the essence or the need of being sexually attracted to each other. 

Though it is love or lust if I may say, that leads to sex but it is essential to know how to manipulate the forces of emotions so that it would not bring disappointment, disgrace and shame to the people concerned and their parents/societies. 

It is necessary that we must educate the youth on sex and marriage issues. It is through the help of their parents that they are going to learn that. No one else except the one’s lover that tells the truth.

5. GOAL ORIENTED:

Some of our youths don’t know where to start in life. It is after discovery who they are that the education they receive will be beneficial to them and to the community. 

It is important to teach them how to set a goal and accomplish it no matter what that goal may be. The Bible said, my people perish because of lack of knowledge. Help us accomplish this mission.

There's no need running away from our troubles. Its better to face our daily challenges that contributes to our growth in life. 

Imagine your world. Visualization is everything as great men would always believe it.

The word leadership is the ability to achieve a set goal. It is also the ability to lead, plan and organize others exceptionally well with or without complaint. 

Leadership skill knowledge is the pillar of all successful for men and women who wants to become great in the career of leadership. 

To be a leader one needs to be visionary in nature. To ascertain leadership, one needs to think and act. Visualization and imagination are the most credential ingredients in leadership.

Michael Porter said; Good leaders need a positive agenda, not just an agenda of dealing with crisis’’. John C. Maxwell said; all leaders are followers”

Leaders are courageous people. A leader makes a decision and pursues it together with his team for accomplishment. Leaders think in order to avoid mistakes. Leaders ask questions in order to find the way. 

Leaders don’t fear failures for they know that failures are nothing but pillars of success.

A Career is an occupation or profession, especially one requiring special training, followed as one’s lifework (According to Dictionary.com online).

Being clear about your career gives you inner power to face the challenges on the way. A career is an individual’s journey through learning.

To discover your career, look within yourself. Don’t allow people to choose your career for you, but think before you decide.

Carlton Fisk said; it’s not what you achieve, it’s what you overcome. That’s what defines your career.

Edith Wharton said; there are two ways of spreading the light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it. Your career is what you choose to do, be or follow in life. 

Your career can be wrongly or rightly be influenced by friends, celebrity’s achievement, and social media attachment or online gambling. You must define your career by yourself.

Albert Einstein said; “The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education”. It is the learners who will inherit the earth in times of inheritance and internal life. There is no luck without you being prepared.

Developing leadership skill will help you in your career achievement in life. The question is; what would you do if you weren’t afraid of choosing your career? Be bold enough to choose one particular area in your life to develop.

She told us to laugh at almost everything.

This is a beautiful poem written for a legendary mother on her sick bed which nature nurtured her. Remembering what my mother did for the world, we couldn't be able to express our feelings only in mere words, so we write just to please her soul in the land of the living.

Personality is your identity and the way you present yourself to the world. It is how you carry and express yourself. It is your beliefs about yourself. It is how you allow others to express themselves towards you and around you. 

Your personality visibility may not really be who you are because it can be faked. But how do you want to pose before the masses? What and who do you want to be?

Building personal personality depends on intellectual capacity to think, your IQ rate of imagination, perception and the level of awareness of knowledge you possess. 

The understanding of the word 'personality' or individuality has various advantages to the person in view.

Your personality can be influenced by your mentor or life coach if you have or the environments. You may decide to live your life following foot steps of someone you admire to be your role model.

You could also decide to grow your personality yourself without being influenced by anyone despite what going on around you.

There are some technical inventions that can make you want to change your inborn characters thus:   Technologically and scientifically already made developments.

Developing your standard personality start from earlier stage for many individuals. Those who change alongside others as they advance in life are the learners and to be a learner is good. 

They do not allow their growth to depend on friends, religious gathering pattern or family and environmental influences invade their mental privacy. 

Because of that little blockage from others, they change their perceptions from who society want them to be, to who they want to really become. And this is common but expensive shift from their original self, it brings in blessings in their lives.

Changing your real personality is not good because it has led many men and women to greediness, wickedness, loneliness and unhappy because they are not living their true inner selves expression of who they are naturally.

 

There are few things I will share with you that can cause one to divert from the original personality that one held in mind.

These are:

1. FRIENDS AND FAMILIES INFLUENCES:

These are the main reasons many individuals change their views and their original selves in life. 

When one looked around one's friends and families behaviors as in dressing codes, worship or social participations for examples and their interactions with the environments are totally different from your own, inferiority set in, and because of that, one quickly decide to join instead of leaving them and trusting intuition. 

You join because of shame of criticizing, laughing out, and the fear of rejections. To take your stand in the world allow nobody to change your personality views because if you do, you will not be happy, either achieve your heart desire and moreover you have not truly lived a life of boldness and fulfillment. 

Don't allow their influences to work on you.

2.     SOCIAL MEDIA MISUSE OF TIMELINE UPDATES: 

Due to one attachment with friends on social media wrong activities and associations, changes of pictures every hour and every day, which made some people to appear in different styles every minuets of the day, you decided to join in their crew in order to follow up. 

Once you give in to their whim, you gradually turn your characters and views on your preferred personality. Avoid push up of friends on social medial interactions and postures. 

Decide to become yourself and live life according to your own principles which must for sure has it own consequences and beauties nut let it be of your own making. In all these things, be committed to your personality advancement. 

Follow your heart beat calling in everything you do. Show your gifts. Promote yourself.

3. CHANGE OF BUSINESS IN ORDER TO MEASURE UP:

Growing your personality start from kid. The ability to stick to your chosen career  or decisions. 

The power to live your world the way you believe it to be is your ultimate right. The power to give life your own meaning. 

Many, because of measuring up or contracts allocated to them made them change their views from who they really are to who they really don't want to be.

The sense of been matured always linked itself with pride. When you discover that dressing code, a set pattern of behavior and a particular life style always causes a setbacks and once the mind get hooked up, personality begins to thwart. 

The problem with priding during maturity is that the person involved becomes so blind to his real life visions because of lack of maintenance and conception on personal power of concentration on personality which aids human development.
