FIVE SECRETS OF GROWING PERSONALITY

   

Personality is your identity and the way you present yourself to the world. It is how you carry and express yourself. It is your beliefs about yourself. It is how you allow others to express themselves towards you and around you. 

Your personality visibility may not really be who you are because it can be faked. But how do you want to pose before the masses? What and who do you want to be?

Building personal personality depends on intellectual capacity to think, your IQ rate of imagination, perception and the level of awareness in knowledge you possesses.

The understanding of the word 'personality' or individuality has various advantages to the person in view.

Your personality can be influenced by your mentor or life coach if you have or the environments. You may decide to live your life following foot steps of someone you admire to be your role model.

You could also decide to grow your personality yourself without being influenced by anyone despite what going on around you.

There are some technical inventions that can make you want to change your inborn characters, thus are;

Technologically, religiously, politically and scientifically already made developments.

Developing your standard personality start from earlier stage for many individuals. Those who change alongside others as they advance in life are the learners and to be a learner is good and necessary.

Learners do not allow their growth to depend on friends, religious gathering pattern or family and environmental influences which invaded people's mental privacy to cause change.

Because of that little blockage from others, they change their perceptions from who society want them to be, to who they want to really become. And this is common but expensive shift from their original self, it brings in blessings in their lives.

Changing your real personality is not good because it has led many men and women to greediness, wickedness, loneliness and unhappy because they are not living their true inner selves expression of who they are naturally.

 

There are few things I will share with you that can cause one to divert from the original personality that one held in mind.

These are:

1. FRIENDS AND FAMILIES INFLUENCES

These are the main reasons many individuals change their views and their original selves in life. 

When one looks around one's friends and families behaviors as in dressing codes, worship or social participations for example, and their interactions with the environment are totally different from your own, inferiority set in, and because of that, one quickly decide to join instead of leaving them and trusting intuition. 

You join because of shame of criticizing, laughing out, and the fear of rejections. To take your stand in the world allow nobody to change your personality views because if you do, you will not be happy, either achieve your heart desires and moreover you have not truly lived a life of boldness and fulfillment. 

Don't allow their influences to work on you.

2.  SOCIAL MEDIA MISUSE OF TIMELINE UPDATES

Due to the attachment with friends on social media wrong activities and associations, changes of pictures every hour and every day, which made some people to appear in different styles every minuets of the day, you decided to join in their crew in order to follow up. 

Once you give in to their whim, you gradually turn your characters and views on your preferred personality. Avoid push up of friends on social medial interactions and postures. 

Decide to become yourself and live life according to your own principles which must for sure has it own consequences and beauty. In a nutshell, let any action be of your own making. In all these things, be committed to your personality advancement. 

Follow your heart beat calling in everything you do. Show your gifts. Promote yourself?

3. CHANGE OF BUSINESS IN ORDER TO MEASURE UP

Growing your personality start from kid. The ability to stick to your chosen career  or decisions. 

The power to live your world the way you believe it to be is your ultimate right. The power to give life your own meaning. 

Many, because of measuring up or contracts allocated to them made them change their views from who they really are to who they really don't want to be. 

Rhonda Byrne said in the Secret movie; ‘’follow your bliss”. Serve the world with what you have inside. Your gifts Not one but Many. Be rooted in your business.

4.    PRIDE DURING MATURITY

The sense of been matured always linked itself with pride. When you discover or become aware of  your dressing code, a set pattern of behavior and a particular life style set in. And it always causes a setbacks and once the mind get hooked up, personality begins to thwart. 

The problem with priding during maturity is that the person involved becomes so blind to his real life visions because of lack of maintenance and conception on personal power of concentration on personality which aids human development. 

Humble yourself so that you will not fail woefully. 

5. RELIGION AND POLITICS INVOLVEMENT

Religion or politics does not change you. It is the people that you follow inside politics that helps you in redirecting your perceptions of your individual personality in a wrong concept. 

Discovery and following your inner vision can boast personality. Don't forget the small still voice in you. Listen very attentively.

I will not tell you here the kind of dressing you are to appear, just wear your best, let your dressing be inspiring from within. It’s a spiritual inspiration and attraction that brings favor to you. 

3. INTERACTIVE SKILLS

Learning how to interact with others is necessary. Musicians of all kinds are able to interact with others especially with fans that come from foreign countries to follow him or her up on social medias. 

Making connections is necessary for crafty singers to rise above their competitors who don’t measure up. Mastering interactions and interviews with the world languages pushes the singer above every other celebrity in line.

 4. SOURCES OF KNOWLEDGE

It is the work of a singer to redeem himself because disappointment hurt the heart of any star-artiste. Even though most claim to be busy on studio works but that not enough reason to be dull towards your talent development. 

No matter what the reason could be, it is not an excuse for any person who fails to recognize his  own sources of inspiration. 

Whatever that's inspiring you to act in public, should be honored greatly. Your source could be a musical company or a grown known fellow artiste.

 

5. SELECTION OF FRIENDS AND PLATFORM

It is the responsibility of show-guys to know their best help platforms and select the type of friends to maintain along the line. 

Since star beings have many fans and friends who claim to love them. Artiste don’t easily recognize the ones that come for their good or destruction. 

So it is his duty to protect himself mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually first before any other thing may  come in the process.

Any manger who really know the power of his artiste mind, indeed has the key of his success. 

Managers possess the powers of reading artiste's mode or state. That's why obeying manager's instructions for artiste is the only way of survival for upcoming artiste mostly.  

A musician has many opportunities to succeed and many challenges to face as well. But there’s one single reason a well talented singer may fail to become popular in the society he lives in.

Many singers today think that they are talented and because of that, they refused to obey any person that comes around to help them especially when it turns on to be an agreement.

To succeed as a singer, one needs a manager.  A manager takes control of all the activities of the singer without a hidden self gain or pride. 

A manager over sees everything, plans everything, connect everything, spread everything, accept everything good for the growth of the singer without compromising his personal interest. 

The manager reasons about success because that where he specializes. He knows how to do it all well including hosting of shows.

Many artistes today who failed in their career or gifts failed because they did not recognize others talents as a talent. Nobody succeed alone. Managers are high gifted in the music industries today. When it comes to promotion online they are there.

Few who succeed do so because they do the opposite. They have managers who take control and direct them in time. This happens mostly in undeveloped countries or cities especially artistes that are not well socially educated.

To overcome this single failure, a singer or even a dancer succeed fast and easy simply by having a strong bold intelligent manager who are visionary in nature and are insightful in all areas of new technological inventions.

Singers who are versatile tends  to  choose an open minded manager who may be vast in social media networks and other areas.  

Crafty managers fuel the success of their singers who has bend down low spirit and eager for public services not priding around like say he’s the most famous and talented guy in town.

Finally, managers in the other hand have been blessed with characteristics of making an artiste or ready-made- singer blow to the air and or to the internet as if to say the world is too small. 

Artistes who want to make it in music industry are ready to obey manager’s commandments. 

While managers and promoters who want to help any artiste do so because they are insightful and visionary by nature or by education. They are God’s sent people to musicians.
