FIVE SECRETS OF GROWING PERSONALITY

   

Personality is your identity and the way you present yourself to the world. It is how you carry and express yourself. It is your beliefs about yourself. It is how you allow others to express themselves towards you and around you. 

Your personality visibility may not really be who you are because it can be faked. But how do you want to pose before the masses? What and who do you want to be?

Building personal personality depends on intellectual capacity to think, your IQ rate of imagination, perception and the level of awareness of knowledge you possess. 

The understanding of the word 'personality' or individuality has various advantages to the person in view.

Your personality can be influenced by your mentor or life coach if you have or the environments. You may decide to live your life following foot steps of someone you admire to be your role model.

You could also decide to grow your personality yourself without being influenced by anyone despite what going on around you.

There are some technical inventions that can make you want to change your inborn characters thus:   Technologically and scientifically already made developments.

Developing your standard personality start from earlier stage for many individuals. Those who change alongside others as they advance in life are the learners and to be a learner is good. 

They do not allow their growth to depend on friends, religious gathering pattern or family and environmental influences invade their mental privacy. 

Because of that little blockage from others, they change their perceptions from who society want them to be, to who they want to really become. And this is common but expensive shift from their original self, it brings in blessings in their lives.

Changing your real personality is not good because it has led many men and women to greediness, wickedness, loneliness and unhappy because they are not living their true inner selves expression of who they are naturally.

 

There are few things I will share with you that can cause one to divert from the original personality that one held in mind.

These are:

1. FRIENDS AND FAMILIES INFLUENCES:

These are the main reasons many individuals change their views and their original selves in life. 

When one looked around one's friends and families behaviors as in dressing codes, worship or social participations for examples and their interactions with the environments are totally different from your own, inferiority set in, and because of that, one quickly decide to join instead of leaving them and trusting intuition. 

You join because of shame of criticizing, laughing out, and the fear of rejections. To take your stand in the world allow nobody to change your personality views because if you do, you will not be happy, either achieve your heart desire and moreover you have not truly lived a life of boldness and fulfillment. 

Don't allow their influences to work on you.

2.     SOCIAL MEDIA MISUSE OF TIMELINE UPDATES: 

Due to one attachment with friends on social media wrong activities and associations, changes of pictures every hour and every day, which made some people to appear in different styles every minuets of the day, you decided to join in their crew in order to follow up. 

Once you give in to their whim, you gradually turn your characters and views on your preferred personality. Avoid push up of friends on social medial interactions and postures. 

Decide to become yourself and live life according to your own principles which must for sure has it own consequences and beauties nut let it be of your own making. In all these things, be committed to your personality advancement.

Making connections is necessary for crafty singers to rise above their competitors who don’t measure up. Mastering interactions and interviews with the world language pushes the singer above every other celebrity in line.

 4. SOURCES OF KNOWLEDGE:  

It is the work of any singer to redeem himself because disappointment hurt the heart of any star-artiste. Even though most claim to be busy on studio work but that not enough reason to be dull about your talent development.

The manager reasons about success because that where he specializes. He knows how to do it all well including hosting of shows.

Many artistes today who failed in their career or gifts failed because they did not recognize others talents as a talent. Nobody succeed alone. Managers are high gifted in the music industries today. When it comes to promotion online they are there.

Few who succeed do so because they do the opposite. They have managers who take control and direct them in time. This happens mostly in undeveloped countries or cities especially artistes that are not well socially educated.

To overcome this single failure, a singer or even a dancer succeed fast and easy simply by having a strong bold intelligent manager who are visionary in nature and are insightful in all areas of new technological inventions.

Singers who are versatile tends  to  choose an open minded manager who is vast in social media networks and other areas.  

Crafty managers fuel the success of their singers who have bend down his spirit and ego for public services not priding around like say he’s the most famous and talented guy in town.

In our contemporary societies, there are no doubt that a high classification exist in the valuing of man, some are seen to be high class, middle class while others are considered to be among the low class. 

In some cases, men are either classified as small, great or rich. This superlative classification of man is a function of our abilities, power, or strength to accomplish more than others in the society.

We shall classify a giant as one who has risen beyond the average, who has risen beyond limitations that life offers to all. 

In the biological sense, giants are separate from the crowd because of their gigantic look and nature.

These secretions are product of mindset, internal representation and believe system synthesized by his view of life and what he thinks is possible. 

These attitudes that separate him from the average and set him at the top are the secrets of every giant. 

 

FIVE GREAT ATTITUDES OF GIANTS

1. THEY BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A PURPOSE: 

Giants are those who never allow negative happenings of life to weigh them down; instead they see opportunity in every tragedy that present itself. 

      They believe that every adversity contain the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit. No matter how much negative feedback they get from environment, they think in terms of possibilities. They look at what positive result that could come out of the worst situation. 

      They believe that everything happens for a purpose and that purpose serves them well. The leaders in our culture are those who see the possibilities, who can go into a desert and see a garden no one has shown to them.

2. GIANTS DON’T BELIEVE THAT FAILURE EXIST:  

      This word ‘failure' and its meaning are not empowering. The negative aspect of man using it to deny and dry up the embryo called the seed of vision in man. Giants don’t believe that failures exist.  

      They believe in result and outcome of their actions. What an average man calls failure a Giant call outcome and believe that he can produce any outcome depending on what he puts in.

     The force that can transform a man’s life from mediocrity to the top is available in every man but the only factor that can ignite this great force is hunger. 

      Passion is the hunger to become the vision that your eyes have seen, passion is more than enthusiasm, it is the zest, zeal and quest to fulfill God’s purpose for your life. No greatness since the history of mankind that had not been reached without the passion to be great. It burns in red flame inside the soul.

Change can’t occur until your heart becomes hungry for change. Change is a child of hunger. The only language that hunger understands is satisfaction. 

That is why he who perseveres before the odds succeed. It may surprise you but I must bring to your knowledge that no mountain can stop the heart of passion. Odds melts before the heart of passion, trouble, disappointment and discouragement melts before the heart of passion. 

How far you can go in the achievement of the vision God placed in your mind is determined by how much passionate you are about the vision. Passion is to a vision what a fuel is to a car.

4. GIANTS ARE COURAGEOUS IN NATURE:

Courage brother is the commodities of Kings. It is not found in every man. What differentiates the minds is the presence of courage in you. 

Time to wake up because you have stayed down enough, it is time to move out of Horeb to the land that the Lord promised to give to you. Courage if motivated opened many doors of success. Only the courageous men can posses their inheritance, not minding the Anakins – Deu. 1v21. Courage gives birth to endurance.

5. GIANTS HAVE FAITH IN THEMSELVES: 

It is faith that makes a man whatever he is in his life. Faith can be cultivated through patience and endurance. 

Humility is the giant attitudes. Most people have the wrong thoughts and view of giants. Great giants lay themselves down for others to walk through. 

Giants are insightful within. They know the best way is to be themselves in order to reach their goals in life in time. Giants show the way by going the long road where many think there is no way. 

In fact, the secret of been a giant is to be visionary leader. They build their spirit and body within their invisible mindset. Always remember that you have greatness within you and you are a born hero.

In every being there lies a frustration and doubting spirit. You may ask, can I fight the spirit in me? Yes. You can. And it would be in safe self contemplation or reflection within the mind.

How would I know which spirit is the spirit of doubt or frustration  and or ignorance? 

One thing that causes the spirit of frustration and doubt in one's life is FEAR. Fear of the unknown. The word fear has led men to commit lots of crimes like; fear of death, fear of being poor, fear to loss someone dear to them, fear on how to tackle challenges.

Fear had lead men to fight and fighting leads to war and hate. The great Zig Zaglar said; "Fear means False Evidence Appearing Real". 

It is the fear of death that causes Peter to denial Jesus Christ at the first time. It is fear and doubt that led Judas to commit suicide. 

Fear brothers and sisters is the root causes of frustration and doubt. Reading the below tips would help you jump over bridges that others fear to jump.

 

THE ROOT CAUSES OF FRUSTRATION AND DOUBT

1. Confusion of the Mind:

Due to lack of concentration and decision making power, the mind runs or programs itself without self check and control. This programming has to do with environmental influences. 

Henry Ford said; "What the mind can conceive, it can archive". If you allow your mind to be beaten, dear! Down it will be.

2. Measuring Your Success with Others: 

This is the most destructive spirit killer. Comparing your success with another person's progress which leads to struggling restlessly without proper plans or written down goals on a particular business leads men to frustration and doubt about their real potentials.


3. Forces of Negative People Around You: 

Allowing aimless individuals around you only brings you close to their whim. It is always right to associate your mind with like minds in order to flow the the next level of progress in your life.

4. Inability to Discover Your Passion: 

So many people fells to discover who they are created to be. They refuse to channel their lives to a particular goal or road. This helps to push more frustrating situations in their lives due to indecision of ones' innate characters.

5. Imitating Others Life Styles:

This is envy if misinterpreted. Envy leads to jealousy and it can attract unexpected frustrations along the way instead of success. Follow your bliss. Stop imitating others footsteps.

1. Courageous Spirit:

Accepting your responsibilities indicates boldness and power. Facing your responsibilities is the easiest way to reject the spirit of fear, doubt or frustration because it is the rejection of who we are truly that causes us to be frustrated the first time.


3. Facing Your Doubts Boldly: 

Tackling what you fear most is a secret code used in chasing out the spirit of doubt out of your life. If it persist in your head ask the right people the right questions. Relate.

4. Believing in God, Your Creator: 

Seriously trusting your God with all your heart brings success in your life and a body possessed by the spirit of the Holy Spirit cannot accept the word frustration, timidity or doubt because you  are following the Light which is the right part to be on.


5. Accepting Failures: 

You failing at something is not doubt or fear or frustration in the mind. Failures are nothing but pillars of success. So accepting failures is one of the ways of fighting the spirit of doubt and frustrations because when you fail following your passion you are still succeeding. Keep heart calm. You are a born hero.

Doubt is a mental state in which the mind remains suspended between two or more contradictory situations, unable to be certain of any of them. When doubt overcomes the heart, frustration set in from no point. 

Applying positive self talk within the heart can help you win greatly.
