This superlative classification of man is a function of our abilities, power, or strength to accomplish more than others in the society. We shall classify a giant as one who has risen beyond the average, who has risen beyond limitations that life offers to all.  In the biological sense, giants are separate from the crowd because of their gigantic look and nature of understanding. SAVING YOURSELF FROM DOUBTS AND FRUSTRATIONS In every being there lies a frustration and doubting spirit . You may ask, can I fight the spirit in me? Yes. You can. And it would be in safe self contemplation or reflection within the mind. Can you do that?
