BEHAVIORAL ATTITUDES OF MARIST WORKERS BOTH TEACHING AND NON TEACHING STAFF TOWARDS STUDENTS 

I have not come to Marist to write articles nor to expose what is hidden under the house. I have come to work and to learn and to observe as well as pass my foot print on their wall.

Through my experience recollections in the organization, I have wayed many individuals behaviours towards the institution we are working under though I may be viewing from a corner as a worker not as a cook. My views may not be accurate hundred percent but sure, there's many atoms of truth.

Therefore, what you are about to read in details now is either an eye witness event or an observation of how the management behaves towards it workers and reactions of some workers among students development in all round.

For instance, I was in a meeting the day the Very Reverend Brother Julius Egbo who was the current Marist Comprehensive Academy, Uturu principal said; "Teachers who are not inclined with AI (Artificial Intelligence) new way of teaching, should endeavour to upgrade to the new system of education available for the world right now". He said this because he knew that old teachers in MCAU especially those who have refused to advance in knowledge to understand the new way of learning and improve in the educational system.

He goes on to reveals that students of these days are fast in learning and can even be more smart than the teacher without the teacher knowing it. He comment that students are already making use of AI tools to educate themselves.

WHAT THE PRINCIPAL DON'T KNOW 

He might have been given the teachers a very good advice. But, what about the non-turtoria staff like the cooks, the nurses and even the cleaners need to upgrade with AI education too. 

If the principal is centering on the wellness of the students, even the non-turtoria staff need AI advice. 

For example; AI would advice a cook to cover heads, take care of finger nails, brush teeth on daily bases and taking regular bathing on or after meals period.  Surprise to me, AI adviced cooks to take  proper care of what they eat.

LAZY PEOPLE SAY THIS KIND OF THING

It is said that many workers are hiding under the words "we are working hard" to cover up lapses. Though, some individuals believed that this statement is too political in one side of it view. We are working hard and things are getting scattering, we are working hard and corruptions are multiplying and we are working hard while some truth are hidden. 

Based on my knowledge with the Marist  Brothers, they want the best of everyone working with them. They love to groom the young talented with all their strength. They are in for a world change through the training they render to the kids and they are out for it for forever and ever.

BEHAVIORAL ATTITUDES OF MARIST STUDENTS 

Truly, many students are learning the good eats of Marist because children grow with time, training and maturity of self reliance. A lot of negative activities are going on in several social platforms and community environment world wide. Children can learn from either parents, elders and or their teachers precisely. 

Most positive actions Marist children possesses is learned from a refined management system. And teachers are not left out in this positive design process.

Though, one may grow up to become rude, 419 expert, or just been unnecessarily stubborn and still pass through Marist institution. Yes, it can happen. A doubt of whether he or she truly pass through Marist education can arise. But, I dear you. He or she did not learn from Marist ethical mode of training or, maybe he's code of conduct is misinterpreted. 

This is because students who go contrary against school instructions shall be punished wisely. Though, few students have decided to follow the bad road because of influence or internal decision to be a negative person in life. 

Sometimes, it is only the quick want of money that made most teenagers not to learn from great institutions. And they learn such attitude from money seekers and deceptive beings who decided to go through that part. I know, Marist schools won't allow that kind of thought to germinate in any of their student. Even though it does exist, Marist get the key of impact to inculcate an everlasting positive mindset in children who pass through their lane.

BEHAVIORAL ATTITUDES OF KITCHEN STAFF

As long as I have worked in the kitchen for years, I have witnessed many characters displayed by different individuals. In the kitchen, there are series of works for men only and others for women only. Kitchen department actually need strong and endurable people. If I may say, to work in the kitchen is the most dangerous spiritual setbacks because of its temptations environment. To work peaceful, one need to be strong in body and in mind.

There in the kitchen, despite the smoke and heat attack on individuals, you easily dictate the weak ones who hides under the canopy of "we are working hard statement". Many kitchen people are seen as ordinary persons who just use their man power to earn a living. But it is a very big lie. Many of us in the kitchen are full of creativity and we are good people who accept abuses from many angles and yet, we work with our hearts to meet up uncommon challenges.

OTHER NEIGHBORING DEPARTMENT IN THE KITCHEN 

Even our neighboring pestering department are going through heat process just to make sure Marist mission is accomplished. They too, can be provoked by smoke that's comes out from oven heat.

The safest people in this department is the cleaners, dish washers and the dish vendors who transport food from morning, afternoon and evening almost everyday to hostels. They suffer from climbing of hills which can cause an increase of chest or other body and joint pains. The same is applicable for the cleaners and dish washers, who pass through pains just to be sure that Marist mission towards students are completed.

People can be provoked in their works because of the nature but, worst come to worst it is better to be working than to be idle.

To cut a long story short, if one must work in the kitchen department, he should be strong and sound in mind, missionary in spirit, slow to act and visionary in nature.  If you happen to read up to this point, thank you for reading and bear it in mind that Marist people  all over the world are world builders.
