TEN HINDRANCES OF VISION AND ITS' SOLUTIONS

There are many factors that can possibly hinder a leader's visions.

These factors could be inform of distractions to the mind from unexpected areas. Like; watching videos that are not relevant to his insightful mind, associating with the wrong peers or group of people, reading unmotivated books and not been able to follow personal decisions to the end and so on. Upon that, there are other factors that can quench a visionary leader from manifesting.

Vision is a pursued insight from within. Moreover, anything that can make one not to reach out expectations is a hindrance.

One person create the road for others to travel

There are many factors that can possibly hinder a leader's visions. These factors could be inform of distractions to the mind from unexpected areas. Like; watching videos that are not relevant for the insight, associating with the wrong peers or group of people, reading unmotivated books and not been able to follow personal decisions to the end and so on. Upon that, there are other factors that can quench a vision from manifesting. Vision is a pursued insight from within. Moreover, anything that can make one not to reach out expectations is a hindrance.

There are ten factors that tends to stop visionary leaders visions from developing to the highest height:

1. Unseriousness

People who fail to accomplish their goals in life are due to lack of believe in their chosen career. They are not serious at all. The moment we start to believe ourselves, the better our goals are achieved without stress.

2. Associating with the Unlike Minds

This is the giant killer of every leader's visions in life. The association should be with the people who share the same views in life. Minds that's run its activities on negativity cannot be compared nor be associated with the positive minds that's believes in building and reshaping of its size in knowledge and growth.

3. Self Doubt and Fear

Doubt and fear are the causes of all failures in life. Self doubts can be overcomed with self-discipline. Both fear and doubt can be conquered by having a strong sense of personal decisions and trusting inward instincts.

4. Lack of Trials

Without any doubt, lack of trials destroys one’s purpose and visions in life. It could be defeated by reading self motivating books periodically and keep on trying new things without being afraid of committing errors.

5. Family Background

The weapon to fight this problem is by associating with like minds. Because it is your brothers and sisters, friends and neighbors that would first discourages one of his true powers.

6. Educational System

The kind of education one receives while growing up contributed alot in mass failures of people not achieving their aims before the end of time. This can be challenged through expansion of one’s knowledge and insight through books, attending motivated seminars and having mentors and role models.

7. Attire or Presentation of Self

This is silent destroyer. Due to lack of awareness of this factor, it has caused many to fail without knowing the root of their failure. It can be gained through building a high strong of self image.

8. Social Media

Here is a place you see people destroying other people's goals consciously or unconsciously. The remedy is to be present in mind and in the moment and remember to ask the question, “How is this discussion helping me in building and achieving my purposes in life? How can I benefit from social platforms?

9. Looking For Help

Many people will fail to go on in life because there is no help in their chosen careers. The only help you need to succeed is to learn what is necessary for you to learn. If you keep on waiting for assistance and money from unknown sources, sorry you will not get it and because of that, failure begot the strength in the mind. Keep pushing inspite of what happening.

10. Environmental Influences

Environment is another battle field that destroys a person’s vision. It can be overlooked by focusing only on the task at hand. Note, whether you are in the rural or urban areas, what you do at the present moment, should not distort your dreams and aspirations in living your life.
