A leader has the spirit of leading if his actions and belief systems can be able to inspire and motivate others to great heights both in war or in peace of the people.
According to John C. Maxwell who said; "All leaders are followers".
I guess what he meant was that, a true leader never fails to have counselors and enlighten beings around him. It is through his associations that would tell the type of hero he is. He must be ready to face many things both wars and peace of the people his leading.

1. A LEADER IS ONE THAT PRODUCES OTHER LEADERS
The speaker has been into leadership and truly understands that leadership is all about serving other people who may be lower than, in intelligent and or otherwise. He knew that leaders work is to build and produce other leaders that could take over the mantle of societal challenges when they arrive and must be capable of handling social issues in terms of heavy problems or development.

They can lead themselves but because of fear of not trusting their instincts, self doubts and leading themselves safely to their destination set to depreciate.

We are all leaders but the problem is, we want it now, now. The speaker knows that every being is born to become a leader in his own destiny. But due to our inability to have patience until the leadership spirit in us mature through our dedication of studying our environments, reading signs and working on ourselves, we would rather prefer to want it fast which always fails.

It is their inner strength that gave them the boldness to fight bigger and strong animals in the forest that make them the Kings of the jungle. The speaker is saying to be a good leader, you need to know who you are and the people you want to lead if only you need to be at the front row.
It is through discovery yourself as a leader that makes you smart. Leaders are self disciplined and self controlled. They are insightful and endurable, consistent and understandable by inheritance.
Nobody is born a follower. We all are born great leaders. This simply means, we all have equal rights to be either a leader or a follower. A good leader is one who is ready to learn and relearn either through the hard way or the easy way.
