A leader is said to have the spirit of leading if he has the insight of taking his people to a new dimension of development and enlightenment towards his people both young and old. And known and unknown.

A leader has the spirit of leading if his actions and belief systems can be able to inspire and motivate others to great heights both in war or in peace.
According to John C. Maxwell who said; "All leaders are followers".
I guess what he meant was that, a true leader never fails to have counselors and enlighten beings around him. It is through his associations that would tell the type of hero he is.
Below are the eleven leadership spirit detailed or explained by Agu C. Stanley the author of "OHE ANYI UTURU - Early Home of Igboland in a seminar presentation as of 2022.
1. A LEADER IS ONE THAT PRODUCES OTHER LEADERS:
The speaker has been into leadership and truly understands that leadership is all about serving other people who may be lower than you in intelligent and or otherwise. He knew that leaders work is to build and produce other leaders that could take over the mantle of societal challenges when they arrive and must be a capable being who would stood there for the masses.

The speaker is aware that leadership cannot be carried out by anyhow person rather leadership is that inner call to serve and help, that's the total surrender and committment to lead within your soul. He must be inspired to see the unforseen wars and rumors that faces his lovely people without discrimination.

Yes, many people think that they are not capable of leading themselves to the height they want to attend. Agu C. Stanley is revealing to the masses that they are leaders and great people. They can lead themselves but because of fear of not trusting their instincts, self doubts and leading themselves safely to their destination set to depreciate.

We are all leaders but the problem is, we want it now, now. The speaker knows that every being is born to become a leader in his own destiny. He asked this question because he knew lions are brave animals and fearless in nature. It is their inner strength that gave them the boldness to fight bigger and strong animals in the forest that make them the Kings of the jungle.

The speaker is saying to be a good leader, you need to know who you are and the people you want to lead if only you need to be at the front row.
It is through discovery yourself as a leader that makes you smart. Leaders are self disciplined and self controlled. They are insightful and endurable, consistent and and understandable by inheritance.
Nobody is born a follower. We all are born great leaders. This simply means, we all have equal rights to be either a leader or a follower. A good leader and ready to learn leader or a bad leader who would bring his ignorance out for the people to make jest of.
